Shipping policy

As a small company made up of boaters/sailors, we work very hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible however, packing orders may take between 1 and 5 business days (we don't pack orders on weekends and holidays). Should your order be delayed longer, we will reach out and provide you options for shipping.  

Once your order is packed and a shipping label is on it, you will receive an email with tracking numbers. Based on the carrier and the speed of delivery you have selected, your order will be heading to you at the pace you requested. My Team Talks Group Inc will not be responsible for delays, damage or loss related to the carrier.

We understand tight timelines, breakdowns and boat challenges so if you have a very tight timeline, reach out to us and let us know. We will work with you to get your package to you as quickly as possible. 

Specialty Products - Some products take longer to ship as they may be classified as dangerous goods (i.e. fire extinguishers) or they are not common products so we don't stock many of them.  Please check the product description as we place notes in the product descriptions if the product is a specialty product.  

PLEASE NOTE** Should you choose First Class Mail/Package through USPS to ship your order, your package cannot be tracked and there is no insurance on the shipment. USPS does not track First Class mail and will not attempt to find your shipment. All losses of shipment and shipping costs will be yours and not the responsibility of My Team Talks Group Inc. 

My Team Talks Group Inc. ships under INCOTERMS DDU.  This means that the customer is responsible for any and all local taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and duties. 

This shipping policy might change from time to time as things change in the shipping industry so we suggest you check back when you order your products.
